Treasure Network is a data brokerage and data analysis company. Because this system handles real information about real people, everything inside it — the mission, the operating standards, the training, the tests, and the portal — is available only to people the company has issued access to.
In plain English: nothing here is for sale, and there is no public sign-up. If you should have an account, the Owner or the Chief of Staff creates it and sends you the email address and temporary password to use.
